We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

1. Processing Time

Our team gets to work quickly once you place your order:

  • Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on weekdays are prioritized for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • We observe major U.S. postal holidays and resume operations the next business day.
2. Shipping Duration

Once your order has been processed, it is handed off to our delivery partners. Estimated delivery time is:

  • 5 – 7 business days via standard shipping.
  • Total time from order to delivery is typically 6 – 9 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather, or high-volume periods like holidays.

3. Delivery Carriers

We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

We choose the most efficient shipping method based on your destination and package type.

4. Shipping Fees

We keep shipping simple and affordable:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 per order – no hidden fees.
  • No additional charges based on package weight, item quantity, or delivery location within the U.S.
5. Tracking Information

As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.
  • Didn’t get your tracking email within 3 business days? Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you.
6. Lost or Missing Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn’t show up as expected. Here’s what to do:

  • If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
    • Check around your home, porch, mailbox, or with neighbors.
    • Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages “delivered” before they actually arrive.
  • If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact our support team within 7 business days.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. In most cases, we can offer a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
7. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input.
  • Parcels returned to sender or lost due to invalid address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue:

  • A $6.99 re-shipping fee will be charged to send it again.
  • Unclaimed or undeliverable packages may be discarded after 30 days if not resolved.
