Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Request to Cancel or Update an Order
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order and provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- A clear statement requesting cancellation
All requests must be submitted via email to support@coastaltee.com.
We will confirm by email whether your order has been successfully cancelled or updated. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accommodated.
Order Updates and Modifications
Order updates may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
We may assist with corrections to:
- Customer name
- Recipient name
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Minor contact detail errors
If incorrect or incomplete address information results in a failed delivery or returned package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Orders Outside the Cancellation Window
If a cancellation request is submitted after the 24-hour window, the order will proceed under our standard Shipping Policy.
Once delivered, returns may be requested in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Restrictions
We ship within the United States only, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
If an order is placed using a restricted or unsupported shipping address (including U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses), the order may be cancelled. We will notify the customer if address correction is required.
