Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Our shipping coverage includes all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Northern Mariana Islands. We also do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or international destinations.

If an order is placed with a shipping address from a restricted region, the order may be canceled or delayed. We will contact the customer if address correction is required.

Delivery Time Frame

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

Handling Time: 3–5 business days
Transit Time: 4–7 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery estimates are based on standard carrier schedules and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-Off Time is 05:00 PM PST (GMT-8). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

All delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $4.95 per order.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

All Coastaltee products are thoughtfully designed and manufactured in Vietnam. To ensure the fastest delivery to our U.S. customers, our inventory is stocked and dispatched directly from our U.S. Fulfillment Center located at:

1316 John Reed Ct, City of Industry, CA 91745, United States.

Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped from this California facility. This allows us to provide reliable domestic shipping times and efficient handling for all orders within the United States.

Return Process

The address above also serves as our dedicated facility for authorized returns. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these guidelines:

  • Prior Authorization Required: Do not send items back to our warehouse without contacting our support team first.
  • Official Return Labels: All returns must use an official return label provided by Coastaltee. Packages sent without a valid label or prior approval may be refused or experience significant delays in processing.
  • How to Start a Return: If you need to request a return, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide detailed instructions along with the necessary return documentation.

Shipping Carrier and Order Tracking

We ship orders using DHL and trusted delivery partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available and updated in the carrier’s system.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
