Applicable Return Situations

Returns and refunds may be accepted in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item is received
  • The product does not match the description on our website
  • The customer is unsatisfied and the item remains new, unused, and in resalable condition

Returns due to customer preference, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, may be considered as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. All return requests are subject to review and approval by our returns team.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including custom or made-to-order products, final sale items, and gift cards. Please review the product description carefully, as specific exclusions may apply to certain products.

Return Window

Eligible items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns submitted outside this timeframe may not be declined.

Return and Refund Process

To request a return or refund, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return request.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos related to the issue. Photo evidence is required for all return requests, including damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items.
  3. Once the request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely using its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
  5. After the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges are limited to the same item and are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A return request is approved and the item is returned in acceptable condition
  • The product is confirmed to be defective or damaged and no replacement item is available
  • An order cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours and successfully approved

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We reserve the right to deny or adjust refunds if returned items show signs of use, misuse, or damage not related to shipping or manufacturing defects.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are covered by our store once a return request is approved. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Return Address Notice

Please do not send returned items to the original shipping address listed on your package.

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be processed or refunded.
