Damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items. Change-of-mind returns only if the item is new and unused. All returns require approval.

Custom/made-to-order items, final sale, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable.
3. Return Window
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Process
Contact support with order number, reason, and photos. If approved, a prepaid return label is provided. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
5. Exchanges
Only for damaged or defective items (same product if available).
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not processed or shipped.
