1. Eligible Returns
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items. Change-of-mind returns only if the item is new and unused. All returns require approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom/made-to-order items, final sale, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable.
3. Return Window
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Process
Contact support with order number, reason, and photos. If approved, a prepaid return label is provided. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
